If you are not satisfied with the items that you have purchased or if they do not fit correctly or you believe them to be faulty, you may return the item to us for an exchange or a refund within 14 days from the date of receipt (please refer to clause 9 of our Terms & Conditions of Supply).
Items returned more than 14 days after receipt will only be eligible for a shop credit.
The item may only be returned if it is unused and in its original packaging. The purchaser is responsible for the cost of returning the item to us and the purchaser is also responsible for the returned item until it is received by us. Delivery charges will be recoverable where the purchaser orders the incorrect size and no replacement is required (refund).
When we have received the returned item and after inspection, we will either dispatch an alternative product to you or issue a refund.
In the event that we have incurred a cost shipping the item to you, we reserve the right to deduct any such costs from any refund that is due to you.
Tailor-made, personalised goods, items that have been ordered for you and underwear/base layer garments are not covered by our returns policy.
Ice skates that have been sharpened are not deemed to have been returned in their original condition and therefore they are not covered by our returns policy.
Clearance & Sale Items
Any item that appears as a clearance item and/or carries a price discount of 20% or more is only eligible for a shop credit note.
